| Tip fit test results for my HUAWEI FreeBuds series/WATCH Buds earphones are inaccurate |
The ear tips feel too tight or loose, but the tip fit test indicates that they fit well. There are many reasons these tests may be inaccurate. To resolve this, perform the following:
Disable Noise canceling and Awareness modes
Disable the Noise canceling and Awareness modes before performing the tip fit test.
Update the earphones' software
Update the earphones' firmware or software to their latest version.
Clean or replace the tips
Use a soft cloth to clean the earphones and remove any foreign objects, adjust the position of the earphones, or choose a more suitable size of ear tips before trying again.
Turn up the volume
If the volume is too low, the test results may be less accurate. Adjust the volume on the phone to an appropriate value before performing the test again.
The tip fit test results are for reference only. Feel free to select the size of ear tips that feels most comfortable.
