- The virtual nol card added via the nol Pay app and via the Wallet app can be used in both apps.
You can add or top up a virtual nol card in either the nol Pay app or Wallet app. However, only the nol Pay app allows for card deletion and refund.
- If you use the Wallet app or other third-party apps to add a virtual nol card and there are payment issues with it, refer to the troubleshooting methods for Wallet issues.
Payments to Transportation cards added via the Wallet app or a third-party app will be made by Wallet. If you can't use the Wallet app to add or top up Transportation cards, or can't make payments using the Transportation cards added via a third-party app, refer to the troubleshooting methods for Wallet issues.
