Problem

A black screen is displayed or nothing is displayed when an HDMI cable is used to connect to the monitor.

Cause

The cable is incompatible.

Solution

1. You are advised to use the standard USB-C cable or DP-to-MiniDP cable to connect to the USB-C or DP port for displaying content.

2. If your device only has an HDMI port, you are advised to purchase a cable that supports HDMI 2.0 from an official channel.
