Viewing the battery level of my HUAWEI earbuds

This document applies only to HUAWEI earbuds. For details about earbuds of other brands, please contact the vendor.

Steps

  1. Make sure that the earbuds' firmware, system version of the connected device, and relevant apps are all updated to their latest versions.
  2. Connect the earbuds to your device.
  3. You can check the indicator color of the charging case to determine the battery level. For details, see Indicators on HUAWEI earbuds.
  4. For different systems, check the battery level accordingly:

HarmonyOS

Via the pop-up window

For certain models, when the two earbuds almost have the same battery level, you will find only one battery level in the pop-up window, which is normal. If you want to know the battery levels of both earbuds, remove one of them from the charging case and leave the other one in the charging case, then check their battery levels in the AI Life app.

Connect your earbuds to a HUAWEI phone/tablet running EMUI 11.0/HarmonyOS 2.0 or later. When the earbuds are powered on, the charging case is opened, or the earbuds are separated, the battery levels of the earbuds and charging case will display in a pop-up window.

When you open and close the case multiple times in succession, there is a small chance that the battery level of each earbud does not display in the prompt. In this case, open and close the case more slowly.
