Why can't my phone power on after its battery is replaced?

Problem:

After the battery is replaced by a non-Huawei authorized service center, the phone does not power on.

Cause:

For safety reasons, if your phone detects a non-official battery, it stops running properly or does not power on.

Solution:

Take your device and the proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center to have an official battery installed.
