    Connect your phone to the computer. On the computer, open HiSuite, go to My Device > File Manager, and select the internal storage or memory card folder of your phone. You can import, export, or delete files, create new folders, drag files to the management interface, and right-click to use features in the shortcut menu. The following shortcut operations are also supported: Ctrl+A for selecting all, Ctrl for selecting an additional item, Shift for selecting multiple items, F2 for renaming an item, Enter for opening an item, Backspace for returning to the previous space, Delete for deletion, and entering numbers or characters to locate files.

    On the image management interface of HiSuite: You can drag an image file or folder from the computer to HiSuite or vice versa.

    On the file management interface of HiSuite: You can drag a file or folder from the computer to HiSuite or vice versa. You can also drag the whole internal storage/memory card file to another folder.

    When opening a folder in HiSuite, you can copy and paste items in the folder. However, you cannot copy items in the folder and paste them to the computer. To move these files to the computer, use the export function of HiSuite.

If the HD icon can be displayed normally before the phone system is restored, but cannot be displayed afterwards, try the following: Remove the SIM card and insert another SIM card provided by a different carrier into your phone. When the new SIM card successfully registers with the network, remove it and insert the original SIM card into your phone to resolve the issue.
