If you are using a HUAWEI WATCH GT series or an HONOR WATCH series device:
- Check your watch: Press the Up button of the watch to enter the app list, go to , then swipe on the watch screen to find your watch's SN number.
- Check the packaging: You can view the watch's SN under the barcode.
- Check the phone: If you have paired the watch with the Support app, you can view the SN of your watch in the app. To do this, open Support, go to , then find your device, and you can view the SN of your device.
Your Huawei phone comes preinstalled with the Support app. If this app has been uninstalled or you cannot find the app on your phone, download it from AppGallery.
If you are using a HUAWEI WATCH series device:
- Check your watch:
Method 1: Press the Power button of the watch, go to . Then you will find your watch's SN.
If your watch is running version NXH20L or later, go to to find your watch's SN.
Method 2: View the SN at the bottom of the rear case of the watch. Remove the strap to see the watch's SN.
- Check the packaging: You can find the SN under the barcode on the packaging.
- Check the phone: If you have paired the watch with the Support app, you can view the SN of your watch in the app. To do this, open Support, go to , then find your device, and you can view the SN of your device.
