"0kbps" is displayed during video playback on the HUAWEI Vision

Solution:

1. If the network speed is low and the selected video definition on the HUAWEI Vision is high, the video may be displayed as 0kbps. In this case, select the corresponding video definition based on the network speed test result. Go to the Wi-Fi screen and select Network test to test the Wi-Fi speed and choose the suitable video definition based on the result.

Operation path: Settings > Connections > Network > Wi-Fi.

2. If the router is abnormal, no test result will be returned. In this case, restart the router. If no network speed is displayed or no test result is returned, restart the router and reconnect the HUAWEI Vision to it.
