How to diagnose issues with the camera of the HUAWEI Vision

1. In Optimiser, go to Smart Diagnosis > Camera.

2. Select Agree in the displayed dialog box and then select Start.

3. After the test is complete, perform the following operations as prompted:

  • If the image is displayed properly, select Yes and then Done.
  • If the image is displayed abnormally, select No and perform the following steps to troubleshoot:

    A. Restart your device and check whether the fault is rectified.

    B. Check for system updates in Settings > System > Software update on the HUAWEI Vision.

    C. Restore the HUAWEI Vision to its factory settings in Settings > General > Advanced > DISABLE > Reset (this will erase your personal data).
