Unable to locate my HUAWEI watch via Find Device

If the Find Device app on your HUAWEI phone doesn't show your watch or cannot be used, perform the following steps:

1. Check the phone system and software conditions

  • Phone system requirements: The phone must be a HUAWEI phone running EMUI 11.0 or later. (This feature is not supported on third-party phones.)
  • App version update: Go to AppGallery and update HUAWEI Mobile Cloud, Find Device and Huawei Health to their latest versions.

2. Check the device connection status

  • Check via the Huawei Health app

    Open the Huawei Health app and check whether your watch is properly connected to your phone.

  • Check quickly on the watch screen

    On the watch face screen, swipe down from the top of the screen and check whether the Bluetooth icon in the status bar indicates that the is connected.

  • Note: This feature is unavailable when your watch is disconnected from your phone. If your devices are disconnected, pair and connect them again.

3. Restart the function module

Step 1: Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your phone.

Step 2: Open the Huawei Health app and make sure your watch is properly connected.

Step 3: Open the Find Device app, go to Me > Profile picture > Find Device, and then disable and re-enable Find My Phone.
