- Ensure that your phone settings are correct:
- Open Gallery, go to Settings, and enable Access to Internet and location info and Show location (not available on all phone models).
- Open Camera, touch

in the upper right corner, then enable GPS tag.
- Ensure that your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi or mobile data network when taking photos or viewing photos in Gallery. A poor reception may result in your phone being unable to obtain your location information.
- If Searching for GPS is prompted when taking a photo, please wait until your phone has finished searching.
- Some models do not support the city name being displayed on photos. In this situation, go to the photo details to check its geographical information.
- If the issue persists, please refer to My phone cannot locate its position or positioning is inaccurate.
