Problem:
The Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro phones' status indicator turns red or green, but not yellow.
Cause:
Your phone uses a two-color status indicator. When your phone is charging, the indicator turns red when the battery level is between 0% and 90%, and turns green when the battery level exceeds 90%.
