Adjust the screen refresh rate of my computer

The refresh rate of your computer screen is 60 Hz (60 frames per second) by default. To adjust the refresh rate, perform the following steps.

1. Right-click any blank area on the desktop and go to Personalise > Advanced display settings.

2. Click Display adapter properties of Display 1.

3. Click the Monitor tab, select 60 Hertz or 48 Hertz under Screen fresh rate, and then click OK.
   

   If your computer has only one refresh rate in the Screen fresh rate, your computer does not support adjusting the screen refresh rate.
