Problem

Cause
Your earphones may be disconnected from your phone. In this case, the audio automatically switches to another Bluetooth device due to the audio output policy of your phone when it is connected to multiple Bluetooth devices that support audio output.
Solution
If you wish to make or receive calls on your phone, touch the Bluetooth icon on the call screen of your phone to switch the audio to the phone's receiver or speaker. Calls will then switch to your phone.
