How to disassociate or change HUAWEI ID if my associated phone number or email address is no longer in use?

If the associated phone number or email address is no longer in use, you have to submit an account change request in order to associate a new phone number or email address.

Note: The request success rate will be higher if you submit the request from your frequently used device.

To submit a request on your phone:

If your HUAWEI ID is logged in

Go to Settings > HUAWEI ID > Personal info > Phone > Change, then fill in the information according to the onscreen instructions.

If your HUAWEI ID is not logged in

Go to Settings > Log in with HUAWEI ID > Help then click Change phone number/email address > start, then fill in the information according to the onscreen instructions.
