Perform the following operations to troubleshoot:
- Ensure that your phone/tablet can access the Internet.
- If the device is connected to the network via a wireless network or ZigBee (for example, door and window sensors, human body sensors, and temperature and humidity sensors), perform the following operations:
- Ensure that the device is properly connected to the power supply.
- Ensure that your router can access the Internet.
- Power off and restart the device.
- If the device is connected to the network via Bluetooth, perform the following operations:
- Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone/tablet.
- Ensure that the distance between the device and the mobile phone/tablet is less than 1 metre.
- Ensure that the device is properly connected to the power supply.
- Ensure that the device is not being used by someone else.
After performing these checks, return to the home screen of the HUAWEI AI Life app and swipe down to refresh the device status.
