The main admin can use the FamCare app to restore the kids watch to its factory settings.
Open the FamCare app, touch 
in the upper right corner of the home screen, and go to .
Restoring the kids watch to its factory settings will clear call logs, chat records, messages, photos, and other data from the watch. Please exercise caution when performing this operation. To manage the kids watch again, you will need to scan the QR code of the watch again. Data such as contacts and alarms is stored over the cloud. After the kids watch is linked to the FamCare app again, data will be synced from the cloud to the watch.
