Problem
The glasses do not respond or cannot be powered on.
Solution
- Place the glasses into the case, connect the case to the charger, and wait for 5 minutes. If the inner indicator turns on (red, yellow, or green), it indicates that the glasses are powered on. Then pair with them again.
- If the problem persists, remove the glasses from the case and put them back inside. If the inner indicator turns on (red, yellow, or green), it indicates that the glasses are powered on. Then pair with them again.
- Restore the glasses to their factory settings: Place them into the case, leave it open, and connect it to a Type-C charging cable, then to the charger and power source. When the inner indicator turns on, press and hold the Function button for 8 seconds until it flashes red. Then pair with the glasses again.
