I can't find the Cycle Calendar card in the Huawei Health app

Update the version
Update Huawei Health to 10.0.5.531 or later using AppGallery and then try to see if you can add the Cycle Calendar card.
Confirm your gender and age in the personal data
The Cycle Calendar card is displayed based on your Gender and age set in Profile. If you set your gender to female and your age to between 18 and 55, the Cycle Calendar card will be displayed on the Huawei Health home screen. Otherwise, go to Huawei Health > Edit and touch the + icon beside Cycle Calendar.
- This feature is currently not supported in Australia, New Zealand, Dominican Republic, Bahrain, The Republic of Congo, Congo-Kinshasa, Djibouti, Tunisia, Reunion Island, Sao Tome and Principe, and Burundi.
