Unable to use tap-to-print with NFC on my printer

Problem

When the user uses the phone to tap the NFC area of the printer, the printing page is not displayed.

Cause

1. Your phone does not support tap-to-print with NFC.

2. The app on your phone does not support tap-to-print with NFC.

Solution

  1. Use a Huawei phone running HarmonyOS 2.0 or later.
  2. Download the latest version of the AI Life app from AppGallery.
  3. If you are using an app that supports tap-to-print with NFC, the guide screen for using the printer via the AI Life app will pop up.

    Note: Supported apps and app versions are as follows:

    Huawei Gallery (11.0.13.384 or later), WPS (Word/Excel/PDF) (13.13.0 or later), Huawei Notepad (12.0.8.200 or later), and Huawei Browser (11.1.4.301 or later).
