Unable to uninstall HUAWEI Mobile App Engine on the control panel

Problem

The uninstallation screen is not displayed after I click Uninstall for HUAWEI Mobile App Engine on the control panel.

Cause

According to the Windows uninstallation policy, the control panel cannot launch the uninstallation process in some cases.

Solution

Solution 1: Open the Start menu, click the Settings icon, and go to Apps > Uninstall to uninstall HUAWEI Mobile App Engine. Alternatively, run UninstallGuide.exe in the installation folder of HUAWEI Mobile App Engine to launch the uninstallation screen.

Solution 2: Restart your computer. The uninstallation screen will be displayed on the control panel.
