Sync your phone data to Cloud by toggling on the switches in Apps using the cloud or by using Cloud Backup. Both methods are outlined below:

Go to Settings > Log in to HUAWEI ID > Cloud, and toggle on the switches for Gallery, Contacts, Notes, Calendar, and WLAN. The app data will automatically be synced to Cloud.

If you are using Cloud version 10.6.2.300 or later:

Connect your phone to Wi-Fi, go to Settings > Log in to HUAWEI ID > Cloud > Cloud Backup > Backup options, select the data you want to back up, touch App data, select the apps for data backup, and touch BACK UP to start syncing.

If you are using Cloud versions earlier than 10.6.2.300:

Update Cloud to the latest version and follow the instructions above.

 

• Contacts and Notes can be synced while your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or a data network.
• In Gallery versions earlier than 10.1.1.311, your Gallery can only be synced when your phone is connected to Wi-Fi.
• Cloud backup can only be done over Wi-Fi because syncing uses up a substantial amount of data.
