Accidental Damage Protection:
Accidental Damage Protection is a comprehensive protection service product that includes accidental repair services twice within two years for wearable products.
Coverage: During the service validity period, if the device host fails due to accidental collision, drop, extrusion, liquid intrusion, etc. during normal use, you can enjoy two times accidental damage repair services (wearable does not include strap repair).
* Service fee standards:
Every core spare parts (Screen, mainboard, rear cover) maintenance fees is RM49 for service fees, while maximum accidental fees per time is RM196.
The following situations are not covered by this agreement and HUAWEI authorized service centers will charge out-of-warranty repair fees:
1. Any modification, disassembly, or repair of the device without HUAWEI's authorization.
2. The nameplate or serial number of the equipment host is missing, damaged or altered, making it impossible to determine whether it is the covered equipment.
3. Accessories or consumables (including but not limited to power adapters, batteries, headphones, data cables, etc.) are damaged or lost.
4. Device failure and damage caused by intentional or criminal acts.
5. The appearance, screen scratches, abrasions, or colorant adhesion do not affect the use and function of the device.
6. Device failure or damage caused by war, hostilities, military actions, armed conflicts, strikes, riots, riots, terrorist activities and force majeure of natural disasters (such as earthquakes, fires, tsunamis, radioactive contamination, lightning strikes, etc.).
7. Loss or damage of data, programs, or software not required for basic functions of the device.
8. Device that has exceeded the warranty period.
9. Identify lost or stolen device.
10. The main parts of the device are missing.
11. Device failures caused by human factors or accidents are not covered by the extended warranty service.
12. During the validity period of HUAWEI Care+ (two-year), device replacement service is not provided.
