A: User may enjoy 2 times cleaning and maintenance service throughout the period of 2 years.
Q2: Does the cleaning and maintenance service package support for split use?

A: No,the maintenance service package cannot be split. All 7 service items must be used during each service.
Q3: Can the cleaning and maintenance service package transferred to other devices?

A: Cleaning and maintenance service package is eligible to be transferred if replacement of device due to device failure has been made. In other scenarios, the cleaning and maintenance service package is not supported to be transferred to other devices.
Q4: What do I need to bring along when using the cleaning and maintenance service at HUAWEI Customer Service Center?

A: Please bring along your device and proof of purchase to participating service center to enjoy cleaning and maintenance service.

Terms and Conditions

1. HUAWEI Cleaning and Maintenance Service (“Cleaning Service”) is provided by HUAWEI Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“HUAWEI”).
2. This Cleaning Service campaign ("Campaign") will run from 14th October 2023 ("Campaign Period"). HUAWEI shall reserve the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.
3. Customer who purchase an eligible device (product model) from a participating HUAWEI Experience Store (“HES”) or HUAWEI Store Online ( https://shop.huawei.com/my/ ) within the Campaign Period is eligible to participate in this Cleaning Service.
4. Customer must however provide the original proof of purchase of the eligible HUAWEI device(s) for verification purposes. HUAWEI Customer Service Center will then verify the original proof of purchase and determine whether the HUAWEI device is eligible to participate Cleaning Service.
5. Specific terms regarding Cleaning Service: -
i) Customer are entiled to 2 times of Cleaning and Maintenance Service throughout the period of 2 Years. Each service shall include all 7 items.
ii) The device needs to be free from unauthorized diassembly, appearance should not be deformed or cracked. If other parts are damaged, other damaged parts need to be repaired at an additional cost. The specific situation is subject to the diagnosis results of HUAWEI Customer Service Center. The terms will be same as the terms of HUAWEI’s standard warranty service terms stated at https://consumer.huawei.com/my/support/warranty-policy.
iii) Customer is advised to check HUAWEI official website relating to the warranty statement from time to time and stay informed for any changes on the terms and conditions of the warranty.
6. Customer agrees and provides consent to HUAWEI to the use of any personal data as provided by the Customer for the purposes of using Cleaning Service in line with the applicable personal data protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HUAWEI for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign and the purposes of providing the Cleaning Service, including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign.
7. By using HUAWEI Cleaning and Maintenance Service (""Service"") or requesting for the services pursuant to the Service, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, storage and such other processing of the personal data provided, including contact details, device details, you service information by HUAWEI for the purposes relating to the Service pursuant to the applicable personal data protection laws in Malaysia, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. HUAWEI will use and process the personal data provided for purposes related to Service, including but not limited to the provision of the Service and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Service. The personal data provided will be disclosed to and processed by the operators of the HUAWEI Authorised Service Center for purposes of relating to the Service. The personal data provided may further be disclosed and/or transferred to HUAWEI's principal head of office in China and to any of its offshore affiliates or group of companies for the purpose of facilitating and supporting HUAWEI based on the similar purposes stated above. Whenever HUAWEI discloses and/or transfers your personal data to 3rd party or outside Malaysia, HUAWEI will ensure that appropriate security measures are taken. HUAWEI will retain the personal data provided for this Service for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of the Service, unless extending the retention period is required or permitted by law. If you object to the processing of personal data for the purposes stated herein, you will not be able to use the Service. 8. By using the HUAWEI Cleaning and Maintenance Service, Customer agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and HUAWEI’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. HUAWEI reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this HUAWEI Cleaning and Maintenance Service. HUAWEI reserves the rights to add, amend or vary the terms and conditions of the Campaign at any time without further notice.
9. To the fullest extent permissible by laws, Customer agrees to discharge and release HUAWEI and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign.
10. This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
