  • 1. Are all spare parts in the discounted list of this activity?
    Answer: Thank you for your attention. Only specified spare parts are discounted in this activity. You can check the list of spare parts on the activity page or on the “Spare Part Price” function page.
  • 2. Is there a limit on the number of participations to the activity “Up to 20% off on Spare Parts”?
    Answer: During the whole campaign, there is no limit on participation time for this activity.
  • 3. Where can I participate in the event?
    Answer: You can participate and repair your device at the HUAWEI Authorised Service Centers. The available service centers are listed in T&C.
  • 4. How long is the warranty period after the repair?
    Answer: After the replacement, the main device’s original warranty will be continued (It will count 30 days if less than 30 days). The warranty for replaced part will extend 90 days or follow main device’s warranty (depends on which is longer). As to PC products, if main parts are replaced, the warranty period of the main parts will be recalculated from the date of replacement.
    If the warranty of the main device has expired, the warranty only for the screen is 90 days.
  • 5. Are all back covers of all models can be gifted in this activity?
    Answer: Only back covers of specified models can be gifted. For more details, you can check on the activity page or consult the staff in HUAWEI service centers.
  • 6. Can I replace the back cover with another color?
    Answer: You can replace the back cover of another color only if the back cover of the same model is in the gifted list and with sufficient inventory.
  • 7. Can I enjoy free back cover replacement without repairing the screen?
    Answer: Sorry, only if the screen is repaired out of warranty and the back cover that you want to replace is included in the gifted list, then you will have the opportunity to replace the back cover for free. Repairing back cover only is not eligible for free replacement.
  • 8. Which device can participate in the activity?
    Answer: It’s suggested to confirm the eligible model list with the staff from service centers.
