How to find Serial Number (SN)

1.      Phones & Tablets:Setting > about phone > status, OR Dial *#06#, OR Find it in the device’s box.

2.      Watches:Settings > About and swipe down to find the SN, OR Find it in the watch’s box.

Terms & Conditions

1.      HUAWEI Care+ is only applicable for devices which are purchased from the authorized sales channels in Saudi Arabia.

2.      HUAWEI Care+ can be purchased from all the authorized sales channels in Saudi Arabia or from HUAWEI authorized E-Shop.

3.      HUAWEI Care+ can be purchased directly with the new device or during 14 days starting from device purchased time via repurchase page.

4.      Customers can get benefit from HUAWEI Care+ through authorized HUAWEI Service Center in Saudi Arabia.

5.      HUAWEI Care+ provide customers with one year protection including one time repair or two years protection including two times repair or three years protection including two times repair based on the purchased type.

6.      HUAWEI Care+ Protection Services provide you with protection against accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or liquid penetration during the service period.

7.      HUAWEI Care+ is available for HUAWEI devices (Smart Phones / Tablets / Laptops / Watches / Audios), which are purchased from authorized sales channels in Saudi Arabia.

8.      At the time of benefiting of the HUAWEI Care+ Service to replace any part, customers bear a minimal replacement fees (SAR 509 for the foldable screens repair, and SAR 79 for any other repair).

9.      HUAWEI reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior consent, and customers are asked to check this webpage periodically for any update.
