Screen color differences between phones of the same model

Problem:

Screen display on phones of the same model has different colors.

Cause:

The color temperature may vary slightly in different batches of the same phone model, which is normal.

Solution:

To adjust the color temperature, open Settings, search for and access Color temperature or Color mode & temperature, then set a color temperature that you consider to be comfortable.

If the issue persists, back up your data and take your phone and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
