Introduction of Registered Country/Region and Service Country/Region
1. What is the different of “Registered Country/Region” and “Service Country/Region”?
a. Registered Country/Region: When doing the HUAWEI ID registration, user have to choose the Country/Region that they permanent stay in as “Registered Country/Region”. Product choice and promotion campaign may vary in different country/region, especially for product as the following: Huawei Mobile Cloud, Huawei Member Center, Huawei Browser, Huawei Assistant, Huawei Pay, Huawei Points and etc. Users unable to change the registered country/region once completed the HUAWEI ID registration.
b. Service Country/Region: If users would like to use or see the content under another country/region due to some important reason, they can change via“service/region”. Please take note that not all of the HUAWEI apps is able to do this changes. For more details, kindly refer to the list as below:
