Description |
Receiving/Sending emails |
Basic email sending and receiving functions and includes CC, BCC, and attachment services. |
Starred |
With the exception of emails in the Trash folder, all other emails can be starred or unstarred. |
Drafts |
Emails are automatically saved in the Drafts folder during editing. |
Sent |
Emails that have been sent will be stored here. Currently, Petal Mail does not support recalling emails. |
Archive |
With the exception of emails in the Sent folder, all other emails can be archived and moved to the Archive folder. Users can customize folders on the Petal Mail website. |
Trash |
All deleted emails are moved to the Trash folder and can be restored. Emails that have been stored in the Trash folder for more than 30 days will be automatically and permanently deleted. |
Spam |
Emails can be marked or unmarked as spam. The restored emails can be found in the Inbox folder. Emails that have been stored in the Spam folder for more than 30 days will be automatically and permanently deleted. |
Block and Blocklist |
Emails can be blocked or unblocked. After an email is blocked, it is moved to the Spam folder and the sender of the email is added to the Blocklist. After an email is unblocked, the sender of the email is removed from the Blocklist. However, the email will remain in the Spam folder. Senders can be added or removed from the Blocklist. |
