Take notes in Notepad with my stylus when the screen is off

Enable the Double-tap to wake feature by going to Settings > Accessibility features > Shortcuts & gestures > Wake screen > Double-tap to wake on your tablet.

When the device screen is off, tap the screen with the stylus, after which you'll be able to take notes in Notepad.
