1.Repair the screen with HUAWEI Care products
- If you have previously purchased HUAWEI Care - Accidental Damage Protection or HUAWEI Care - Screen Accidental Damage Protection, you can visit any Authorized Huawei Customer Service Center and request to use service benefits for screen repair or choose postal repair. During the service, the official Huawei engineer will repair your device using the original spare parts without affecting the subsequent warranty.
- If you did not purchase HUAWEI Care products or the benefits have already expired, you will need to pay the spare parts fee and labor fee by visiting Authorized Huawei Customer Service Center or by postal repair.
- Spare parts fee and labor fee vary from different models.
