HUAWEI Vision Onsite Service is a service provided by [HUAWEI Tech. Investment Saudi Arabia Co. Ltd.] (Hereinafter referred to as "HUAWEI", "we", "us", or "our") to provide you with onsite services. HUAWEI takes your personal information and privacy seriously, and is committed to taking appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in accordance with relevant laws and established industry security standards.

1. What Data Do We Collect About You?

In the Vision Onsite Services, we shall collect and use your personal data only for the purposes stated in this Statement. Personal data refers to any data that enables us to identify you as a user.

We will collect and process the following data:

• Contact information: including name, phone number, address information.

• Device information: including service type, product model.

• Appointment information: including expected onsite visit time.

2. How Do We Use Your Data?

In order to provide you with the Vision Onsite Services, as well as to fulfill our contractual obligations, HUAWEI will process and use your personal data for getting in touch with you, provide you onsite installation service, onsite repair service, and onsite service progress query.

If you do not provide or agree to share the preceding information, you will not be able to apply for onsite service.

3. How Long Do We Store Your Data?

We will retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes defined in this Statement.

For Vision Onsite Services, your contact information will be retained for 24 months after the last time you communicate with HUAWEI (including the last time of communication by HUAWEI for after-sales services), provided that no service has occurred between you and HUAWEI within the said two years.

Once the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

4. How Do We Share Your Data?

We store your data in data centers located in the Singapore.

• To provide professional onsite service, we will encrypt and share your contact/device/appointment information with the service provider. We have signed a data processing agreement with the service provider. The service provider will process your personal information in strict accordance with our requirements and the data processing agreement.

• We may also share your data in response to a legal process or request from a competent authority according to applicable laws or in connection with a legal proceeding or process.

• Your data may also be disclosed as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets (such as service agreements), or transfer of services to a HUAWEI group entity or another company.

5. What Are Your Rights and Options?
