HUAWEI is committed to support all HUAWEI devices which have been purchased from authorized sale channels in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during their lifespan. Please be informed that the Lifespan of HUAWEI devices is 5 years from the production date.
End of Service for Obsolete Products
Accordingly, If any certain HUAWEI product is sold in Saudi Arabia market, customers who own this certain HUAWEI product (including Mobile Smart Phones, PCs, Tablets, Wearables, IOTs, TVs and Accessories) can continue getting the service from HUAWEI Authorized Customer Service Centers during that certain HUAWEI product lifespan “5 years from the production date”. For the products whose production date has exceeded 5 years, its support will be subjected to the availability of the spare parts, considering that HUAWEI have the right to reject/cancel the repair based on the spare part availability.
