2- The Free HUAWEI Care+ (1 Year) is only applicable for HUAWEI Pura 80 series which are purchased from HUAWEI Online Store, HUAWEI Flagship Store in Riyadh, and HUAWEI Experience Stores in Jeddah and Dhahran.

3- HUAWEI Care+ (1 Year) provide consumers with one repair for their mobiles which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or liquid penetration during one year from device’s purchasing date as well as free life-time software support.

4- HUAWEI Care+ (2 Years) provide consumers with 4 repairs for their mobiles which cover damages resulting from accidents such as drops, impacts, squeezes or liquid penetration during 2 years from device’s purchasing date, 2 years free battery replacement for the battery which its capacity is below than 85%.

5- When repair the device using the free protection service, customers bear a minimal fee ﷼ 79.
