Wi-Fi+ does not switch my phone to mobile data when the Wi-Fi signal is poor

Cause:

  • Wi-Fi+ will switch to a different available Wi-Fi network if the current Wi-Fi connection is weak.
  • The mobile data signal may be poor, or the mobile data service may be unavailable on your phone.
  • The mobile data service is in an internationally roaming state.

Solution:

Ensure that the mobile data service is available on your phone and is not in an international roaming state. Then try switching to mobile data.
