Cause
After the linking is successful, the watch's network becomes abnormal, causing the watch's information to fail to be synced to the HUAWEI FamCare app.
Solution
- Update the HUAWEI FamCare app and watch to their latest versions. For details, see Downloading and updating the HUAWEI FamCare app and Updating.
- Swipe down from the home screen to check the network signal of the SIM card. If the signal is weak, move to an area with a good signal, such as an outdoor area or a balcony, and then try again. After your watch's network returns to normal, the watch will be able to receive a request and be automatically displayed in the chat list.
- Configure a Wi-Fi network for the watch and check whether the watch is displayed in the chat list when connected to the Wi-Fi network.
- If the issue persists, unlink the watch from your phone when the network connection is normal, link them again, and then try again. If the issue persists, please call the Huawei consumer service hotline for more assistance.
