Problem:

After the speaker has been updated, the phone fails to establish a Bluetooth connection with it.

Solution:

On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth, touch next to the previously connected speaker, and touch Forget This Device. Then, try pairing the speaker with your phone via Bluetooth once again.

Problem:

The HUAWEI Sound X (AIS-BW80H-00) and the HUAWEI Sound speaker can both be found in the list of nearby Bluetooth devices, but the phone cannot connect to either of them via Bluetooth.

Solution:

Using the AI Life app: Open the AI Life app, go to Home, touch the speaker card, touch Speaker Bluetooth, and then disable unpaired device connection. Then, pair the speaker and the phone via Bluetooth once again, as shown in Figure 1.

Using the AI Speaker app: Open the AI Speaker app, go to My, touch Settings in the upper right corner of the screen, go to Bluetooth, and disable Bluetooth protection mode. Then, pair the speaker and the phone via Bluetooth once again, as shown in Figure 2.
