My HUAWEI charger overheats while charging

All chargers, including travel chargers, wireless chargers, and car chargers generate a certain amount of heat while charging. This is a normal phenomenon.

HUAWEI chargers are designed with safeguards to prevent over-heating. While charging, if the internal temperature exceeds the upper threshold of the preset safe range, the charger will automatically adjust the output power or stop charging. Charging will resume when the temperature has fallen to a certain level within the preset safe range. HUAWEI chargers have been CCC-certified and meet relevant safety test standards.

If the product overheats, take the product and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for further assistance.
