Return a virtual nol card and get refund

Huawei phones：

To return your virtual nol card and get a refund, perform the following:

Step 1: Select to return the card on the Transportation cards screen and touch Return card.

Step 2: Enter the reason for returning the card.

Step 3: When the card return process is displayed, download and install the nol Pay app from AppGallery.

Step 4: Log in to the home screen and touch Continue.

Step 5: On the management screen of your card, touch Refund Card. You can select Another nol card e-purse to receive the refund.

Step 6: Touch Submit to start the refund process (when the refund is received will vary depending on the bank).

If you select Another nol card e-purse, follow the onscreen instructions.

Huawei wearables：

To return a virtual nol card and get a refund, do the following:

Step 1: Select Return Card on the transportation card interface and click Return Card.

Step 2: Enter the reason for returning the card.

Step 3: When the card return process appears, follow the instructions to complete the card return.

Step 4: Click "Submit" to start the refund process (refund arrival time varies by bank).
