BETTER TOGETHER HUAWEI Service ("Campaign") is launched by is organized by HUAWEI Technologies (UAE) Co., ("HUAWEI") and applicable to all HUAWEI customers. This campaign will be held from Nov 20th - Nov 30th, 2021 ("Campaign Period"). For more details, please contact us through Hotline 80066600, or through the live chat via Support App.
Who can participate in this activity?
The activity is open to all persons who, at the date of entry, are aged 18 years or over;

Activity 1: Big Offers on Repair
  1. During the campaign, customers of available models are entitled to receive up to 50% off on front and back cover and memory repair. (Inclusive of labor charge & tax).
  2. The applicable spare part stocks are limited and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis and only while stock lasts.
  3. Only original spare parts will be used for authorized repair by HUAWEI.
  4. Spare parts replaced during the out-of-warranty repair are subject to a 90 days manufacture warranty from the date of replacement.
  5. Cost of one spare part for the same model could vary based on spare part specification or color.
  6. During repair, a potential spare part fault maybe found, therefore, customer shall pay only for the spare parts cost and there will be no additional labor cost.
Activity 2: Free Cleaning and Disinfection
  1. Each HUAWEI device can get free cleaning & disinfection service for one time in participating HUAWEI customer service centers during the campaign.
  2. HUAWEI does not guarantee all bacteria, germs, and viruses might be eliminated.
  3. After Cleaning & Disinfection, our service technicians may guide customers about how to optimize the mobile phone/tablet's system, OPTIMIZE and Virus Scan will not affect your personal data, but Cleanup could possibly involve some of your personal data due to the cleaning up of the SNS chat records, App data or some less frequently used Apps, you may select the data which needs to be cleaned and delete them by yourself.
Activity 3: Free Gift
  1. From Nov 20th - Nov 30th, 2021, walk-in customers of designated HUAWEI customer service centers have the chance to get a free holiday gift after repair.
  2. The actual gift that customers receive may vary, depending on the specific HUAWEI customer service center that the customer visits. The gifts will be handed out on a first-come, first-serve basis and only while stock lasts.
  3. Employees of HUAWEI customer service centers, dealers, collection points, resellers, and/or distributors shall not be entitled to a gift.
  4. The gift is for personal use only and shall not be used for sale or rent purposes.
  5. Gifts are without a manufacturer's warranty.
