Terms & Conditions
Campaign content:
That is based on the availability of stock and specified models on each HUAWEI service center for all of HUAWEI customers.
1.The applicable spare part stocks are limited and will be on a first come first serve basis and only while stock lasts.
2.The campaign is applicable for specified models and limited stock and not included all of HUAWEI models.
3.Only original spare parts will be used for authorized repair by HUAWEI.
4.Spare parts replaced during the out-of-warranty repair are subject to a 6 months manufacture warranty from the date of replacement. (According to local laws & regulations )
5.All spare parts are subject to availability and on a while stock last basis. HUAWEI Services reserves the right to substitute any Offers with offers of similar value with prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion.
6.HUAWEI Services assumes no liability or responsibility in respect to defect or deficiency of the Offers or the nature/consumption of the offers and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.
7.Free Gifts are only applicable for walk in customers who only participate in the campaign duration based on specified models and limited stock. The gift is subject to first come first serve basis and while stock last based on each ASC-E.
8.All in-kind gifts are subject to availability and on a while stock last basis. HUAWEI reserves the right to substitute any gifts with gifts of similar value with prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion.
9.Customers who get gift have to accept it as they are. HUAWEI makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the gifts in this Campaign.
