  You can visit HUAWEI official website (https://consumer.huawei.com/eg-en/support/service-center/) or My HUAWEI App > Support > nearest service center, or Support App > Services > nearest service center, to find an available service center and get the upgrade services.
• 3.Is laptop disassembly cleaning service covered during the Service Upgrade Program?
  Laptop disassembly cleaning is not covered by the Service Upgrade Program. If you need to have your laptop cleaned after disassembly, please stay tuned to other service activities launched by HUAWEI.
• 4.Can I get free screen protector service during this upgrade program?
  Sorry, it is not covered by the Service Upgrade Program, but you can participate in HUAWEI Service Day for free screen protector service at applicable HUAWEI service centers.
• 5.How long does this Service Upgrade Program last?
  The program will be active from April 30, 2025 to December 31, 2025. For the latest information, please stay updated via HUAWEI’s official releases.
