To protect your account, one phone number or email address can be associated with only one HUAWEI ID.

Solutions:

  • To verify if you have previously associated with a HUAWEI ID, please enter your usual mobile phone number/email address and try to log in to your HUAWEI ID.
  • Use a different phone number or email address that has not been associated with a HUAWEI ID.
