What if the phone does not respond when adding an Access card

The possible causes are as follows:

  1. NFC has been disabled on your phone. Swipe down from the status bar to open the notification panel and turn on NFC.
  2. Your phone does not detect any physical access card. Place the physical access card against the back of your phone and move it to the NFC sensor area (near the rear cameras).
  3. The physical access card is not a supported one. Currently, only unencrypted 13.56 MHz physical access cards are supported.
