How to Get Kunlun Glass Upgrade Service
To be eligible for the screen outer glass replacement, your device must meet the following requirements: the screen outer glass is cracked but the inner screen is intact; the device has not been dismantled or repaired by unauthorized parties; it is not bent; and it has no liquid damage.

    Based on the lab test results, Kunlun Glass’s resistance to falling and dropping has been improved significantly due to the use of stronger nano-microcrystalline. However, smartphones are precision electronic products that should be protected from falling and collisions.
  • Q2. Is Kunlun Glass available for all models?
    Currently, only 7 HUAWEI devices are eligible for Kunlun Glass, including HUAWEI Mate 50 Pro Series, P50 Series and P40 Series . More models will be covered gradually. Please refer to the Participating Products and Prices on this page.
  • Q3. How much will the drop resistance increase after upgrading to Kunlun Glass?
    Based on test results from the HUAWEI Lab, the drop resistance of the HUAWEI Mate 50 Pro Kunlun Glass Edition is 10 times higher than that of the HUAWEI Mate 50 Pro with regular glass. The drop resistance of the other models may vary depending on the launch date, the processes and materials used by Kunlun Glass, and actual usage.
  • Q4. How will this affect the warranty status of my HUAWEI device?
    Is there additional warranty provided for the Kunlun Glass upgrade?
    * If the device is still within its standard warranty period, the standard warranty of other spare parts of the device, including other screen assembly and battery will continue for the remaining standard warranty period of the device (host).
    * The replaced glass cover of the screen will receive a 90 days warranty from the date of collection of the repaired device or receive a warranty for the remaining of the standard warranty period of the device (host), whichever is longer.
