To reduce HUAWEI users' costs for out-of-warranty repair, HUAWEI is offering screen glass cover replacement for HUAWEI users at promotional price for selected smartphone models at participating HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers.
If only the glass cover of the screen is broken, but the screen of the smartphone (display) is still in good condition and functional after being tested by HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers, you can choose to get only the glass cover of the screen replaced under this Activity.

The smartphone has not been dismantled, deformed or sent for repair by any 3rd party, except HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers

Only the front glass cover of the screen is broken and the screen (display) is still functional

Some models may require battery replacement (which will be quoted and charged separately)

Quality Assurance
The screen glass cover replaced comes with quality assurance and 90 days warranty from the date of collection.

* If the device is still within its standard warranty period, the standard warranty of other spare parts of the device, including other screen assembly and battery will continue for the remaining standard warranty period of the device (host).
* The replaced glass cover of the screen will receive a 90 days warranty from the date of collection of the repaired device or receive a warranty for the remaining of the standard warranty period of the device (host), whichever is longer.

  • 1. What are the criteria for participation in the "Screen Glass Replacement" activity?
    The device is an official mobile phone product that has not been dismantled, deformed or sent for any 3rd party repair (other than by HUAWEI Authorised Service Center). Only the glass cover of the smartphone screen is broken, but screen of the smartphone (display) is still in good condition and functional as tested and verified by the HUAWEI Authorized Service Center.
  • 2. How long does it take to replace the external screen on site?
    The process of replacing the glass cover of the screen is complicated, inspection and repair time is depending on the actual situation at HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers. Please check with the HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers.
  • 3. Can screen glass repair 100% repair the fault of my device?
    After the outer screen is impacted by an external force, the internal screen may also be affected and there could be varying degrees of damage. Therefore, screen glass cover replacement cannot 100% guarantee that your device will be repaired. If the outer screen glass cover replacement is unavailable or unsuccessful, the HUAWEI Authorised Service Center will recommend other repair options and the repair cost will be separately quoted and charged by the HUAWEI Authorised Service Center.
  • 4. Why aren't all models participating in the "Screen Glass Replacement" activity?
    The replacement of the outer screen glass cover can only cover some models at present, and more models will be gradually covered in the future.
  • 5. Is it possible to participate in the "Screen Glass Replacement" activity at the same time as other service activities?
    No, this promotion cannot be enjoyed with any other promotion at HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers.

  • 1. This Campaign is organized by HUAWEI Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“HUAWEI”) at the participating HUAWEI Authorized Service Center during its operating hours.
  • 2. Under this Campaign, Customer will be able to enjoy the Promotional Price as set out above for the Screen Glass Cover used for the out-of-warranty repair of the participating Smartphone Models at the participating HUAWEI Authorized Service Center.
  • 3. The Promotional Price set out above is exclusive of labour fee for the out-of-warranty repair.
  • 4. Costs for spare parts, other than the Screen Glass Cover for the repair will still be chargeable. This Campaign is applicable for Selected Phone Models purchased in Malaysia only. The Screen Glass Cover replaced are entitled for 90 days of warranty starting from the date of collection of the repaired device. For the avoidance of doubt, the warranty applies only to the Screen Glass Cover replaced and does not cover damage resulting from mishandling of the repaired device or human induced damage.
  • 5. The stocks of Screen Glass Cover are subject to availability and will be supplied on a first come, first served basis.
  • 6. The promotion under this Campaign cannot be enjoyed together with any other promotions of HUAWEI or of the respective HUAWEI Authorized Service Center.
  • 7. Customer shall back up data and remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information from his/her device before sending in the device to HUAWEI Authorized Service Center for diagnosis or repair. To the fullest extent permitted by laws, HUAWEI and the respective HUAWEI Authorized Service Center shall not be responsible for the damage or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media in the device.
  • 8. By participating in this Campaign, Customers are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
  • 9. HUAWEI reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Campaign at any time. If Customers are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign, HUAWEI reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of the Customer without notice. This Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of the Malaysia.
