Browser crashes or unexpectedly exits
  1. Please update your browser to the latest version. Search for "HUAWEI Browser" in Appgallery, if it shows Open on the right, it means it is the latest version; if it shows Update on the right, you need to click Update to upgrade to the latest version.
  2. Go to Settings > Apps > Apps > Browser > Storage > CLEAR CACHE and try again.
  3. If the issue persists, go to Settings > Apps > Apps > Browser >three dots in the upper right corner>Uninstall updates to restore Browser to the initial version upon delivery. Update Browser to the latest version and try again.
  4. If the problem still persists, please provide the following information in Feedback (four/three dots on the right >Settings>Feedback)

    • [Contact information]
     
    • You need to check share app log to help us pinpoint the issue.
    • Clearing data and restoring the browser to default factory settings will delete the browser bookmarks&history, please be cautious.
