Download, install and update the HUAWEI AI Life app

Download and install

  • If you are using a Huawei phone, you can download HUAWEI AI Life app from Huawei AppGallery.
  • If you are using a non-Huawei phone, download and install Huawei AppGallery from https://appgallery.cloud.huawei.com/app/C10406921 , and then download HUAWEI AI Life app from Huawei AppGallery.
  • iPhone: Download HUAWEI AI Life app from the App Store.

After downloading the HUAWEI AI Life app, you need to log in before you can use it.

  • If you already have a HUAWEI ID, log in directly.
  • If you do not have a HUAWEI ID, go to Log in > Register and follow the onscreen instructions to apply for a HUAWEI ID, and then log in to the app.

Update

Open HUAWEI AI Life app, select "Me > Settings", and click Check for App Updates to update.

The screen for entering your HUAWEI ID can vary depending on the app version.

Problem:

When you connecting to an Android phone and scanning the QR code on the packaging or Quick Start Guide to download and install the AI Life App, a pop-up message will appear on the phone stating "Unsafe app blocked," preventing the normal installation of the AI Life App.

Solution:

AI Life App is the official application of HUAWEI , you can install it with confidence. When this pop-up message appears, taking Samsung phones as an example, you can click "More details" > "Install anyway" to successfully install the AI Life App and experience more features.
