My HUAWEI band/watch automatically powers off when not in use

Problem
The band/watch will automatically power off if it stays off-screen and has not been worn for three days or more.
Reply
This is due to the battery design. Your band/watch automatically powers off and enters battery protection mode to better protect the battery and prolong the battery lifespan. If your band/watch has automatically powered off, place it on the charging base to charge it. Wait for the device to automatically power on, and then you can use it as usual.
- If your device is worn and used properly, it will not automatically power off when the battery level is sufficient. If the device automatically powers off, it cannot be restarted by pressing the button.
- If your device displays a low battery alert or icon and cannot be powered on for the first time after unpacking, place your device on the charging base and wait for at least 15 minutes before using it.
