The search result is not what I expected or no result can be found

We apologize if you had an unsatisfactory experience with our route planner.

There may be a delay in updating the map due to the fast pace of change in daily life. Reviewing the updated information also takes a relatively long period of time.

If the search result is incorrect or does not exist, perform the following:

1. Find the location you wish to modify on the map.

2. Touch the location to access the details screen, and swipe up to expand the details screen.

3. Touch Report issue to enter the editing screen.

4. If the location is incorrect, touch Touch to edit under Location, move the icon to the correct position, and touch Done.

5. Enter the other information, and touch Submit.

1. Find the location you wish to add on the map, and touch and hold down on it. Then touch Add new place on the screen that appears.

2. Enter the editing screen, and touch Touch to edit under Location.

3. Move the icon to adjust its position, and touch Done.

4. Enter the other information, and touch Submit.

1. You can view the feedback that you have submitted, and its status, by going to Me > My contributions.
